Our History
In 1986, ILC International Inc. began as a two-person real estate brokerage firm committed to providing quality service in Hawaii to both local residents and overseas owners. Over time, the company grew into a full service organization, complete with multi-lingual staff well versed in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.
Then, in 2015, ILC International Inc. united with Swell International Inc. to form an alliance that strengthened its original core values, while expanding client services to encompass all real estate needs under one roof.
ILC & Swell Realty is now a unique team of professional and reliable members that serves with Aloha to design, create, and develop a healthy living space.
